PBIS Leadership Kids

The PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support) Leadership Kids program is designed to foster positive behavior and leadership skills among students. It focuses on teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors, which helps in reducing disciplinary issues and improving academic performance.

A team of 10 - 15 students were selected based on their leadership potential. These students receive training and support to help them become role models for their peers. Leadership Kids participate in various activities such as organizing school events, leading peer mentoring sessions, and helping to implement school-wide PBIS initiatives. They also work on projects that promote a positive school culture. The instructors provide instruction, guidance, and mentorship to the student leaders. This support is crucial for the success of the program and helps to ensure that students are able to effectively carry out their roles.
